I usually build online shops on UNAS, a reliable and predictable platform optimised for the Hungarian market. Every shop is different — number of products, payment and shipping methods, invoicing — so we agree on the details and an itemised quote by email.
The UNAS subscription fee is paid directly to the platform.

If you need changes, extensions or a complete redesign after handover, I work at an hourly rate. Content that changes often (such as a price list) is built so that you can edit it yourself.

Prices are guide prices: packages are indicative and any service can be added or left out. The final price is agreed together and confirmed in writing.

I ask for a (preferably new) email address and its password, and set up the accounts the website needs on it.
I build the site, we refine it together, then I launch it on your domain and submit it to Google.
Once everything works and Google lists the site, you change the password — from then on, only you have access.

I register the accounts the website needs (such as hosting and DNS management) to this address, so everything is in your name, not mine. I recommend a new address so that you do not have to give access to your personal or business mail.
When we are done, the site works and Google lists it, you simply change the password — from then on I have no access at all.
No problem, we keep it. In that case the DNS nameservers need to be changed at your domain registrar (where you bought the domain). This requires logging in to the registrar: most of the time I do it, but you can also do it yourself — I will guide you step by step.
No. The site is static: there is no database or constantly updated system behind it (like WordPress), so it needs no maintenance, and hosting is free.
The only recurring cost is the annual domain fee — a few thousand forints — which you pay directly to the registrar, not to me.
